EXACTA Flow-lc material is a versatile flowable composite with great strength characteristics with comparable physical properties to the best hybrid composites. The material is not too sticky and makes handling easy.  The viscosity prevents the material from slumping, while still flowing on the surface for great coverage.  EXACTA Flow-lc material cures in only 3 seconds with high speed cure lights or only 10 seconds with standard halogen lights.

Instructions For Use:
  • 1. Preparation
    Prepare tooth as usual.
    2. Etch and Apply Dentin Adhesive
    Use  adhesive system as indicated by the instructions.
    3. Place EXACTA Flow-lc
    Apply EXACTA Flow-lc directly with the bent needle tip provided in the kit. Be sure to cover preparation site thoroughly with material. Do not build increments of more than 2mm thickness for proper light curing. Pull back on syringe plunger after use to prevent material seepage.
    4. Light Curing
    1. With a high speed light: Cure initial increments for 3 seconds, and the final increment for 6 seconds.
    2. With a standard halogen light: Cure initial increments for 10 seconds, and the final increment for 20 seconds.
    5. Finishing and Polishing
    Use conventional method and materials for shaping. Use non-abrasive polishing disc with polishing paste to achieve the maximum shine.
