biobased model is made from 50% renewable raw materials. TryIn is a denture-base resin for functional try-ins before final insertion — available in the USA and Canada.

Magnetic-stir cleaning with automatic transfer between containers, cleaning the build platform at the same time. Practically noiseless, which matters when it lives on a bench three feet from a patient.
LED post-curing built around the fact that different resins want different wavelengths. The vario 40 runs 365, 385 and 405 nm with a nitrogen atmosphere, and up to three chambers can hang off a single control unit.
Pressure, not vacuum. The difference shows up in fit, in edge definition, and in how long the appliance survives the patient.
The high-end unit in the line. Variable working pressure to 6 bar, an integrated barcode scanner that reads the blank and sets the cycle for you, and two-handed piston control so nobody puts a thumb where it does not belong.
The compact pressure units. Drufosmart runs to 2.5 bar — roughly triple a typical vacuum former — and Drufosmart Scan adds barcode blank recognition and 4 bar working pressure in a vertical format.
The blank decides what the appliance can do. Dreve's range is barcoded, so the Drufomat reads it and sets the cycle itself.
A tough-elastic transparent PETG foil with an insulating film that keeps clarity high through forming. This is the aligner and retainer blank, and it bonds with acrylate when a case needs additions.
Two layers doing two jobs: a hard PETG outer surface that survives occlusion, bonded to a soft EVA inner layer that the patient can actually tolerate overnight. Dual laminate is the reason nightguard compliance goes up.
A 3D-printed honeycomb insert encased between two EVA foils. The honeycomb absorbs and distributes impact instead of simply padding it — engineered protection rather than a thicker piece of plastic.
