Build Platform for Phrozen Sonic CS+
Spare build platform for the Phrozen Sonic CS+, in Standard or Mini size.
Start with the printer, pick the resin for what you are making, then add the wash, cure and finishing that turn a print into a part you can seat. Everything on this page runs as one validated workflow, and it all comes from one supplier.
Phrozen hardware, qualified by Dreve. The Sonic CS+ ships with the ElementS slicer and FotoDent® print profiles already set, so it knows what it is printing on day one.
A compact LCD desktop printer built around a 385 nm light source, delivering high light intensity for short build times. The full-metal housing and improved vat and platform handling make the parts of the job nobody enjoys faster too. It ships with the Dreve ElementS slicer and print profiles already set for FotoDent® resins.

Spare build platform for the Phrozen Sonic CS+, in Standard or Mini size.

Extra resin vats for the Phrozen Sonic CS+. Change materials quickly with multiple vats on hand.
Every FotoDent® resin is a 1 kg bottle with its print profile preset in ElementS and its wash and cure settings in the instructions for use. Hover a bottle to see what it prints.
Working, study and aligner models, plus the soft gingiva mask that seats on them for implant cases. If the model is going under a thermoforming unit, biobased model is built for it.

printed partFast-printing model resin for orthodontic and prosthetic working models, developed for the new generation of 385 nm printers.

printed partA model resin made from 50% renewable raw materials, with the strength models need and a simpler cleanup.

printed partPermanently soft, flexible gingiva masks that pair with FotoDent® model2 and biobased model working models.

Biobased insulating agent for 3D-printed resin models when processing autopolymers.
Custom impression trays that come off the platform smooth enough to skip most of the finishing, and clear transfer trays that let the doctor check every bracket before and after bonding.

printed partBiocompatible custom-tray resin that prints about twice as fast, with a smooth surface that cuts finishing time.

printed partClear, flexible resin for printed indirect bonding trays. Check bracket position before and after bonding.
Dimensionally stable, biocompatible guides for tooth- and tissue-supported cases. The color tells you the wavelength, so order the one that matches your printer.

printed partBiocompatible, dimensionally stable resin for surgical drill guides. Choose the wavelength that matches your printer.
The Sonic CS+ runs a 385 nm light source, so order the clear guide resin. The blue 405 nm version is for 405 nm printers.
MMA-free denture bases that can be repaired and relined like the bases you already handle, and a burn-out resin for crowns, bridges and frameworks that works with the investment you already trust.

printed partMMA-free, color-stable denture base resin for accurate, high-impact printed prosthetic bases.

printed partBurn-out resin for crowns, bridges, and frameworks. Prints clean and works with all common investment materials.
Every printed part has to be free of excess resin before it cures. FotoWash does that without anyone's hands in the solvent, and the build platform hooks straight in.
Magnetic-stir cleaning with automatic transfer between the pre-clean and post-clean basins, so nobody's hands go in the solvent. It cleans the build platform in the same cycle, and it runs practically silent, which matters when it sits a few feet from patients and staff.

Ready-to-use, water-based cleaning fluid for 3D-printed parts. The IPA alternative for FotoDent® biobased model.

Hanging baskets for FotoWash, for cleaning parts that have been removed from the build platform.

Replacement or spare wash bucket for the FotoWash cleaning unit.
Post-curing is where a print reaches its published properties. Curing under nitrogen or vacuum removes the oxygen inhibition layer, which is what trays, guides, IBT and dentures need.

Compact LED post-curing unit with a nitrogen option for inhibition-layer-free, biocompatible parts.

High-capacity LED post-curing chamber with nitrogen and vacuum options. Chamber unit only; requires the PCU vario control panel.

The complete PCU vario 160 package: high-capacity LED post-curing under nitrogen or vacuum, ready to run.
The PCU LED N2 is the compact choice for a practice or a small lab. The PCU vario 160 is built for volume: a chamber that takes full platforms, and room to grow to three chambers on one control module.

The last step on the bench. Lacquers that seal and shine printed and acrylic work, and the LED light units that cure them along with your build-ups, tray material and composites.
NanoVarnish for implants, bars and attachments where you want a hard surface that resists germ adhesion. Plaquit for a sealed, high-gloss finish on splints, dentures and temporaries without polishing.

Transparent nano-particle lacquer that reduces germ adhesion and puts a lasting shine on implants, bars, and attachments.

Light-curing, benzoyl peroxide-free sealing lacquer for splints, dentures, and temporaries.
EyeVolution for lab base materials like splint build-ups, tray material, sealing lacquers and blockout resins. EyeVolution MAX for composites, inlays, onlays and veneers.
