LED light polymerization unit for base materials: splint build-ups, tray material, sealing lacquers, and blockout resins.

The EyeVolution® is built for the light-curing materials a lab uses every day: build-up resins on thermoformed splints, custom tray material, sealing lacquers such as Plaquit and NanoVarnish, and blockout resins.

Modern LEDs hit exactly the wavelengths those photo-initiators need, so polymerization is fast with minimal heat on the material. LEDs have practically unlimited service life, so there are no bulbs to replace.
