What are the delivery charges for orders from the online orders?
Orders over $250 are free. Otherwise we give you the option to choose from UPS's delivery options. We do not charge any 'handling fees'.
Which payment methods are accepted online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. After your first order, you will have the option of being invoiced for subsequent orders.
How long will delivery take?
Our warehouse is located in SE Michigan. All orders are shipped the same day if received before 3:30 p.m. EST. Generally orders are delivered within one to four business days depending on the office's location.
How secure is shopping in the online store? Is my data protected?
Yes, all transactions are secured by SSL protection. Look for the 'lock' icon or 'https://" depending on your browser.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
If you paid for your order with a credit card, your card is authorized at the time of the order and charged when the order is shipped (generally the same day). A credit card receipt will be in the box with your items. If you are a returning customer and choose to be invoiced, an invoice will be in the box. Terms are Net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Statements are sent at the end of the month on any open balances.
